UPPOAVA panel 600 40W, with variable light colour 2700K-4100K-6500K, is a multifunctional light for indoor and outdoor use. Suitable for bathrooms, hallways, wardrobes and kitchens, for example. The panel blends perfectly into the ceiling and creates the effect of a skylight in the room lighting. The light has a variable colour temperature and is dimmable and moisture-proof. It also comes with a 5-year guarantee.
NOTE! Even though the panel is marked as 40W, it is necessary to use a transformer with a power of around 50W for CCT adjustment.
About Led technology
It is not indifferent what kind of light a light produces. For the home, it is recommended to choose a light with a colour rendering index of at least 90 CRI, so that the lighting looks natural to the eye. UPPOAVA -led panels have a CRI above 95 at all colour temperatures. It is possible to change the colour tone of the light using the switch on the side of the driver during installation. CW cold 6500K, DW neutral 4100K, WW warm white 2700K, making it an excellent choice for a skylight / skylight application.
The UPPOAVA -led panel has the led strip going around the edges to give soft light without spottiness, and the matt acrylic diffuses the light evenly for a pleasantly even glow. The UPPOAVA panel 600, 40W led is equivalent in light output to 250W halogen, which is 3600 lumens. The frame is smooth, and the springs 4 pcs are pre-mounted.

Installation
The light is recessed in the ceiling or surface-mounted. When recessed, the mounting hole should be 580x580mm. The light itself is 595x595mm and the separate power supply is approximately 110x40x24mm, depending on the type of dimming. The power supply fits inside the surface mounting frame. The panel is just the right size for mounting on a coffered ceiling, for example.
The light will fit into a typical ceiling structure with only 48x48mm of studs and 13mm plasterboard under the vapour barrier. If the vapour barrier is installed loosely, we recommend installing a board or plasterboard above the light to prevent the insulation from sagging. The LED will not reach high temperatures, so no fire protection is required. However, it is not recommended to mount the LED light on any material and an air space of e.g. 1-2 cm can be left.
A surface mounting frame is available for the light which is 50mm high.
If the colour of the light from the panel is to be adjusted by sliding switches, then the drivers supplied with the panel need to be replaced by mA adjustable drivers, and a wireless control button for CCT lights. This product is available as Panel 600 with CCT control unit. If you want to control the panel with Zigbee, order a 50W, 24W Zigbee driver, and uncheck the Power supply box, select 3cct 40W. Zigbee control buttons and remotes for colour temperature control are also available.

Dim the lights
The UPPOAVA -led panel includes a dimmable power supply. The power supply is used to select the colour of the light. The drivers are chainable with a three-wire cable, which can be found in our offer. UPPOAVA -led panels are dimmable with TRIAC dimmers from the PRIMARY side. Suitable dimmers include Schneider's EXXCT and ABB's Jussi. More detailed information, such as maximum load, is given with the dimmers. The UPPOAVA -led panel is suitable for use with home automation systems such as KNX and Talomatti.

Basic UPPOAVA LED PANEL 600, 40W, 2700K-4100K-6500K is a recessed light. Installation hole should be 583x583mm. Driver size is 135x85x35mm and there are also an assembly box and colour change dip unit comes with every PANEL 600 light. The driver has a chaining ability (2 inputs). The driver doesn´t tolerate water. By having a separate driver, we have reduced the temperature of the light, making it last longer. Driver includes a DIP switch to change the light colour temperature. LED PANEL is 11mm thick, so it fits to most of the ceiling structures (basic plaster board is similar in thickness). We recommend that you install a plaster board on top of the PANEL if the steam lock has been installed loosely. The LED PANEL needs 10-20mm air space on top of the light. You don't need any protection cups etc. when using led lights as the temperature of the light never exceeds 80 celsius.
If you need surface mounted light, you can order a frame with this light. The driver fits inside the frame.
The reason we have decided to have the driver separate from the body is that this way the driver does not add up to the fixture heat load and this makes the light last longer. The driver is included and has a quick connector for easy installation.
UPPOAVA LED PANEL 600 can be used with house automatics (ie. KNX and Talomatti).
