Dimmable, CCT changeable (2800K-5500K) and water resistant (IP54) UPPOAVA -series recessed PLAFOND 120 is bright and suits well with modern interiors. This light is suitable to be used indoors as well as outdoors and bathrooms. With this light it is easy to create a uniform lighting and changeable moods for the whole house.
UPPOAVA -series PLAFOND 120 6W is more than equal to two 11W fluorescent tubes which is 500 in lumens. Led circuits are attached straight to the body, so they will relieve the excess heat away from the led circuit and make it long lasting 50000 hours.
Colour rendering index (CRI) is over 95 and good quality components make sure the colour stays as it is. Available also "one coloured" 4000K neutral white, where there are driver included.
Body is painted white and the diffuser is matte white acryllic.
PLAFOND 120 does not mind if it gets cold outside as leds work even better in cold, last longer and shine brighter.
Installation
LED PLAFOND 120 is recessed light and needs a 110mm installation hole. Basic driver is included that has CCT selection 2800/4000/5500K. As a driver you can also choose for example this wirelessly controlable RF 50W product, where there are two channels output for dual (Warm white, Cold white) led. Driver is 32 mm in hight and you can hook up to 7 pieces of this 120, 6W Plafonds in one driver. There are connection cables for CCT led lights and wireless control available for spots and plafonds.
The light stays cool, so it can be installed on wood or plaster. Fits to most ceiling structures where there are 48x48mm frame and 13mm plasterboard. We recommend you to install a piece of plaster board on to to stop the insulation from pressing on the light.
Dimming
Plafond control ie. light colour and dimming can be done wirelessly or with this wired CCT control panel.

Basic UPPOAVA LED plafond 120 is a recessed light. Installation hole should be 110mm. Driver size is 125x45x33mm and it can be placed maximum of 5m from the light. LED PANEL is 13mm thick, so it fits to most of the ceiling structures (basic plaster board is similar in thickness). We recommend that you install a plaster board on top of the PANEL if the steam lock has been installed loosely. The LED PANEL needs 10-20mm air spaCE on top of the light.You don't need any protection cups etc. when using led lights as the temperature of the light never exeeds 80 CElsius.
If you need surfaCE mounted light, you just order a frame with this light. The driver fits inside the frame. It's also possible to order the light as a suspended model with cable length of approx. 1,5m.
The reason we have desided to have the driver separatre from the body is that this way the driver does not add up to the lights heath load and this makes the light last longer. The driver is included and has a quick connector for easy installation.
UPPOAVA LED plafond 120 can be used with house automatics (ie. KNX and Talomatti).
