LED downlight — SQUARE SQ033BR, IP44, adjustable & dimmable 9W, brushed aluminium, high CRI97, 4000K

LED SQUARE SQ033BR (brushed aluminium) light is dimmable and moisture-proof (IP44). We use high quality Cree LED circuits. The colour rendering index (CRI) is over 97 and the colours of the interior are reproduced in a natural way. The light comes beautifully from a single point. The light is available in both 3000K (warm white) and 4000K (neutral white).

LED SQUARE SQ033BR is a flush mount light in cast aluminium with the LED circuit directly mounted on the body. The solution achieves maximum thermal conductivity and safe operating temperature (below 50 degrees Celsius). The LED module of the light is removable and replaceable. The low operating temperature guarantees a long lifetime, 50,000 and we grant a 5 year warranty on our manufactured light! The light is also available in a round version (also available in matt white).

Led light installation

The light is directional, 0-28 degrees. The light is very low, only 55mm high (6mm more when oriented)! The light will therefore fit into a typical roof structure with only 48x48mm of coloured board and 13mm plasterboard under the vapour barrier. We recommend installing a piece of board or plasterboard above the light to prevent the insulation from sagging. The diameter of the mounting hole is 80mm, i.e. the hole is circular, which makes it easier to make mounting holes.

Each light is supplied with its own chained power supply which fits through the mounting hole into the mounting space. By moving the power supply away from the light, we prevent the power supply from heating up the light, as well as being able to keep the size of the light small. The power supplies are long-lived and this also allows us to avoid the typical problem with halogen lamps, where one power supply is subjected to a heavy load and gets hot, and breaks the light. There is a quick connector between the light and the power supply to facilitate installation.

Dimming

The light can be dimmed with a wireless dimmer or TRIAC dimmers, from the PRIMARY side, and they also work with home automation such as KNX. Suitable dimmers can also be ordered from us, "Led dimmers"

Led spot applications

LED spotlights are suitable for general lighting from private homes to public spaces. LED SQUARE is equivalent to 50W halogen in terms of luminous intensity. Thanks to its directional design, the light is also suitable for sloping ceilings. The light is IP44 and suitable for damp locations!
