Yes, it is. The Led strip has a cut-off interval of 1.66cm to 10cm, depending on the type of strip. You can use scissors to make the cut. The cut-off point is usually marked with a scissors symbol.
For led strips, we use 3M's double-sided, heat-conductive tape, developed for led strips. The tape is ready for use in the LED strip. The Led strip should always be fixed to the mounting profile, so that excess heat is conducted away from the strip!
Yes. Depending on the type of Led strip, both ends have splicing wires; our RGB+W and CCT strips have 15cm, our 7,2W and 14,4W strips have 50cm and our Supreme strip has 1m splicing wires.
You don't need. All our profile models are IP44 splash-proof. IP65 is only required for water sprays, e.g. on the wall behind the shower or on the floor in the shower.
A pewter bulb for a beautiful hand. Just tin the connecting wires to the copper points on the led strip (at the cut-off points) for a secure connection. Before soldering, it is a good idea to lightly scratch the copper surface to remove any varnish. Both the copper surface and the splice wire should be warm when they are tinned together to create a durable joint. We have sold compression connectors for LED strips, but the joints made with them tend to loosen within a year, causing the lights to flicker and the need for reinstallation. We therefore do not recommend compression connectors.
12V is a 12 volt system and 24V is a 24 volt system. These should not be confused. Of these, 24V led strips allow up to 10m of strip to be fed from one end only, while 12V strip requires 10m of strip to be fed from both ends. So 24V can withstand longer feeds without light loss (i.e. the ribbon being dimmer at one end).
If you connect a 12V led ribbon to a 24V transformer, the ribbon gets too much current. As a result, the strip will burn very brightly for a while and then blacken and break. If you connect a 24V led ribbon to a 12V transformer, the ribbon will not light up at all because the voltage is not sufficient.
You take measurements from the bottom of the cabinet and choose the profile model you like. Ask us for a quote
for a made-to-measure set (from the made-to-measure service page). Order a set for your home or
pick it up from our shop when it is ready (approx. 2-7 days for stock items).

In most cases, the electrical wiring of old lamps is branched off, as well as the LED strip
transformer, as well as to the new sockets. For the led strip transformer, the electricity is
is transported to the desired location (inside or on top of a cabinet), where it can be
a socket can be installed for easy connection of the transformer. A socket is passed through the cabinet
a thin cable from the LED strip to the transformer. New sockets for coffee machines etc. again
are usually plugged into the bottom of the cupboard.
On/off and dimming of lamps can be done with a wireless button, which is
easy to place in the desired location. The wireless button does not require any electrical wiring, which
perfect for applications where the old lights were switched on and off
and off with a button on the luminaire.
We are happy to help you choose the right products. You can find out more about our products

You can install. Led strips are 12V or 24V and you can do the installation yourself. Only for the installation of the transformer in a fixed installation you should hire an electrician if you don't know what you are doing. Even for a fixed-mount transformer, you can ask us for a pre-installed plug, making the installation plug and play!
