Yes, it is. The Led strip has a cut-off interval of 1.66cm to 10cm, depending on the type of strip. You can use scissors to make the cut. The cut-off point is usually marked with a scissors symbol.

For led strips, we use 3M's double-sided, heat-conductive tape, developed for led strips. The tape is ready for use in the LED strip. The Led strip should always be fixed to the mounting profile, so that excess heat is conducted away from the strip!

Yes. Depending on the type of Led strip, both ends have splicing wires; our RGB+W and CCT strips have 15cm, our 7,2W and 14,4W strips have 50cm and our Supreme strip has 1m splicing wires.

You don't need. All our profile models are IP44 splash-proof. IP65 is only required for water sprays, e.g. on the wall behind the shower or on the floor in the shower.

A pewter bulb for a beautiful hand. Just tin the connecting wires to the copper points on the led strip (at the cut-off points) for a secure connection. Before soldering, it is a good idea to lightly scratch the copper surface to remove any varnish. Both the copper surface and the splice wire should be warm when they are tinned together to create a durable joint. We have sold compression connectors for LED strips, but the joints made with them tend to loosen within a year, causing the lights to flicker and the need for reinstallation. We therefore do not recommend compression connectors.

12V is a 12 volt system and 24V is a 24 volt system. These should not be confused. Of these, 24V led strips allow up to 10m of strip to be fed from one end only, while 12V strip requires 10m of strip to be fed from both ends. So 24V can withstand longer feeds without light loss (i.e. the ribbon being dimmer at one end).

If you connect a 12V led ribbon to a 24V transformer, the ribbon gets too much current. As a result, the strip will burn very brightly for a while and then blacken and break. If you connect a 24V led ribbon to a 12V transformer, the ribbon will not light up at all because the voltage is not sufficient.

In most cases, the electrical wiring of old lamps is branched off, as well as the LED strip
transformer, as well as to the new sockets. For the led strip transformer, the electricity is
is transported to the desired location (inside or on top of a cabinet), where it can be
a socket can be installed for easy connection of the transformer. A socket is passed through the cabinet
a thin cable from the LED strip to the transformer. New sockets for coffee machines etc. again
are usually plugged into the bottom of the cupboard.

On/off and dimming of lamps can be done with a wireless button, which is
easy to place in the desired location. The wireless button does not require any electrical wiring, which
perfect for applications where the old lights were switched on and off
and off with a button on the luminaire.

You can install. Led strips are 12V or 24V and you can do the installation yourself. Only for the installation of the transformer in a fixed installation you should hire an electrician if you don't know what you are doing. Even for a fixed-mount transformer, you can ask us for a pre-installed plug, making the installation plug and play!

the advantages of LED strip lighting include low power consumption, long life, durability, low heat dissipation and flexibility.
lED strip lighting works by passing an electric current through LED diodes that emit light.
The best way to install LED strip lights is to fix them to a clean, dry surface with adhesive or mounting clips.
LED strips are available in a wide range of colours, including RGB (red, green, blue), colour-changing, dimmable and monochrome.
led strip lights are more energy efficient and brighter than standard incandescent and fluorescent lights.
Yes, LED strip lights are dimmable and their brightness can be adjusted with a compatible dimmer switch.
the price of LED strip lights varies depending on the size and type of strip, but is usually around $20-100.
Yes, LED strip lights are highly energy efficient and can save up to 90% in energy costs compared to incandescent bulbs.
led strip lights typically last between 20 000 and 50 000 hours.
LED strips are available in a wide range of colours, including white, warm white and RGB.
The best choice of LED strip light for home use depends on the size and type of lighting required. RGB strips are ideal for creating colourful and dynamic lighting effects. Monochrome strips are ideal for basic day-to-day lighting.
They are also more flexible and can be installed in different shapes and sizes.
The best way to control LED strips is to use a compatible dimmer switch or wireless remote control.
When installing LED strips, it is important to consider safety aspects such as proper voltage and current resistance, insulation and waterproofing.
LED strip lights are available in several types, including RGB (red, green, blue), colour changing, dimmable and monochrome.
When choosing the right LED strip light for your home, take into account the size and shape of the area to be illuminated, the type of lighting you want and the amount of power you need to achieve the desired illuminance.
Yes, LED strip lights are suitable for outdoor use, but they must be weatherproof and UV-protected to protect against the elements.
Consider installing an LED strip light with adjustable dimming and colour temperature options to better control the mood.
Powerful LED strips with adjustable dimming and colour temperature options are recommended for larger spaces where more light is needed.
Disadvantages include their initial cost and the need for an appropriate power supply and installation.
The best LED strip light for office use is one that provides bright and efficient lighting without taking up too much space.
High output LED strips are recommended for larger spaces or spaces exposed to direct sunlight.
Types of LED strip light suitable for outdoor use include waterproof strips, IP-rated strips and UV-resistant strips.
Consider installing an LED strip light with adjustable dimming and colour temperature options to better control the mood.
Consider installing an LED strip light with adjustable dimming and colour temperature options to better control the mood.
lED strip lighting can save up to 90% in energy costs compared to traditional lighting methods.
It is advisable to consult an electrician for proper installation.
led strip light connectors are available in different shapes and sizes, such as tab connectors, butt connectors and connector rims.
Different types of LED strip lighting controllers include remote controllers, DMX controllers, wall controllers, DMX decoders, RGB controllers, Wi-Fi controllers, Bluetooth controllers and programmable controllers.
Different types of LED strip dimmers are usually rotary, touch control, digital and wireless.
The best LED strip light for bathroom use is one that is waterproof, UL certified and comes in a wide range of colours.
Yes, waterproof LED strips are available.
You can control the LED strips with a remote control using an RF or infrared remote control or a wireless controller.
Different types of LED strip light power supplies are usually constant voltage, constant current and dimmable.
Different types of LED strip light mounting accessories are usually clips, mounting tape or mounting channels.
The different types of led strip light bulbs are usually led strip light bulbs, led tube light bulbs and led strip light modules.
The best way to join led strip lights is to use a soldering iron and solder the joints.
Yes, LED strip lights are safe to use when installed correctly and at the right wattage.
lED strip lighting is much more energy efficient than traditional lighting, which can help reduce energy costs and lower your carbon footprint.
The different types of LED strips available for indoor use are generally flexible strips, rigid strips and waterproof strips.
The types of LED strip lighting available for accent lighting are monochrome, colour changing and RGBW.
In general, colour-changing LED strip lights offer the most versatility, while monochrome LED strip lights are the most cost-effective.
When choosing the right LED strip light for accent lighting, consider the desired effect, available space and budget.
In general, LED strip lights with a high CRI (colour rendering index) are best for task lighting.
Also take into account the CRI of the LED strip and the colour temperature of the light.
