CCT (Correlated Colour Temperature) is the correlation of the colour temperature of light. It often refers to colour temperature controlled luminaires, where the colour temperature (Kelvin) of the white light of the luminaire can be adjusted, e.g. 2700-5300K.

24V CCT led strips, CCT spots and CCT panels have two different led circuits side by side - cold and warm - the ratio of which is adjusted to create the desired light colour temperature.

The step-by-step control is typically preset at the factory with 3 different colour temperatures.
For example, CCT spots 2700K, 4000K and 5300K. The switch is in the power supply of the luminaire
and is used to change the color temperature when the power is OFF.

The freely adjustable one can be set to any temperature to suit the mood or the user's preference
or decor. Free adjustment requires a separate control unit, which are
available both wireless and wired.

A wireless set could be
include, for example:
-4 CCT spots without their own transformer
-VaLO 50W RF 24V transformer
-VaLO-P1CCT button

Wirelessly controlled:

- One 24DCV ballast (transformer) of the VaLO series is installed on the luminaire group,
which is RF controllable if a separate control block is not desired.
- The luminaires are connected in parallel to the transformer.
- The VaLO series ballasts have a 3-pole screw connector to which the lighting is connected
so that 1 [+] and 2 [-] are connected.

Wired control:

- One 24DCV ballast, i.e. transformer, is installed on the luminaire group, from which the voltage plus [+] and minus [-] is fed to the wall switch and from there to the luminaire group 1pc [+] and 2pc [-]
- The luminaires are connected in parallel.

Connection by wires

If stepless adjustment is not required, CCT products can be connected to any
to any 24DCV transformer. The preselected shades are used by connecting plus [+] and its
and either warm (2700K) or cold (5300K) to minus [-], depending on which shade is selected
desired. Connecting both minus [-] together gives a neutral light
(2700+5300/2=4000).

You can't. VaLO-INWALL-CCT-400W controller is connected between the transformer and the luminaires
and, it does not include wireless control. Two different control modes cannot be connected in series.

Yes you can. The VaLO series wireless products can control the same group of lights up to a max. 4 locations.

LedStore brands. We have our own product design and contract manufacturer who has been working with us for 10 years.

Yes, you can. Get a VaLO series wirelessly controlled (RF) transformer or receiver of the right size for the group of luminaires and a VaLO-WIFI-RF box connected to your home Wifi network for control. Download the Android or iOS app from the app store. The app allows you to create your own timings with the desired settings (tone and brightness). Of course, you can also control the lighting at the same time with other wireless buttons in your home.

CCT light is a type of lighting that uses a cold and a warm light source and mixes them to produce different colour temperatures.
A traditional incandescent lamp is a single colour temperature lamp, while a CCT light is capable of producing multiple colour temperatures.
CCT lights work by varying the voltage applied to cold and warm light, which in turn changes the colour temperature of the light.
You'll always find the right light colour temperature for you.
Yes, CCT lights are energy efficient, as they consume less power than traditional incandescent bulbs.
Available are led bulbs, led panels, led strip lights, led spotlights
When choosing a CCT light, the light output requirement and installation location must be taken into account
CCT lights produce different colour temperatures by varying the voltage applied to warm and cold light.
The different colour temperature settings for CCT lights range from 2500K to 6500K.
The maximum colour temperature setting for CCT light is 6500K.
Power and temperature range. The range includes LED luminaires with different wattages and temperature ranges.
The lifetime of a CCT light depends on the type of light, but in general they can last up to 50 000 hours.
EI. CCT bulbs do not work with the traditional TRIAC dimmer. They require some kind of control system.
CCT lights are more energy efficient than traditional incandescent bulbs, so they can help reduce energy consumption and environmental impact.
E27 and GU10 CCTs can be used in a variety of luminaires, including ceiling, wall and floor luminaires.
They can adjust the different colours of light, from warm white to cool white, to better control the mood and atmosphere of a room.
The advantages of using CCT lights include the ability to adjust the colour of the light to create different moods and atmospheres, better energy efficiency and a longer lifetime.
CCT lights are typically more expensive than conventional luminaires, but they pay for themselves over time in energy savings and value for money.
When using CCT lights, it is important to ensure that it is installed correctly to avoid safety risks.
For example, warmer light colours can be used to create a more relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.
Yes, CCT lights are suitable for commercial and industrial applications..
In general, warmer light colours are best suited to relaxed activities such as watching TV or reading, while cooler light colours are better suited to activities that require more concentration.
CCT lights can affect the quality of light by changing the hue and colour of the light and the amount of illumination.
CCT lights can reduce glare by adjusting the colour temperature to a warmer temperature, producing a softer, diffused light.
CCT lights can be programmed to change colour temperature by means of a compatible dimmer switch. E.g. Philips HUE (Zigbee control)
Yes, CCT lights are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
When installing CCT lights, best practices include ensuring that the light is installed correctly, using compatible control hardware (Zigbee, DALI2, etc..)
CCT lights can be remotely controlled by compatible smart home systems such as Amazon Alexa or Google Home. Popular home applications include Philips HUE or Free@home
There are different types of dimmers compatible with CCT lights, such as a Zigbee dimmer or a DALI dimmer.
Yes, CCT lights are compatible with various known lighting systems such as Zigbee or DALI2
CCT lights generally require little maintenance, such as occasional dusting and bulb replacement when necessary.
The minimum colour temperature setting for CCT lights is typically around 2000 K. Depends on the manufacturer.
The colour temperature of CCT light affects its brightness, with higher colour temperatures leading to a brighter light for the eye and lower colour temperatures leading to a dimmer light for the eye. The amount of lumen is roughly the same.
CCT lights are usually LED technology and therefore more durable than traditional incandescent or fluorescent bulbs
CCT lights can improve visibility in a given area by providing adjustable colour temperatures that can be adjusted to create the ideal lighting conditions for a particular task or space.
The power depends on the size of the area to be illuminated and the desired brightness.
CCT lights can create a more pleasant environment by allowing users to adjust the colour temperature according to their personal preferences.
CCT luminaires can have different light colour modes, such as warm white, neutral white and daylight.
The colour temperature of CCT light affects the perceived colour of objects by changing the colour of the light and thus the way objects are seen.
The colour temperature of the CCT light is best adjusted using a wall button, an app or a remote control to select the desired colour temperature.
Yes, CCT lights are suitable for use in wet or humid conditions, as long as they are installed correctly.
The expected lifetime of a CCT light may vary depending on the type and brand, but in general CCT lights are designed to last for several years.
CCT lights can save energy because they use less energy to achieve the same brightness as conventional (incandescent) lights.
Like any monochrome led luminaire. Depends on the number of luminaires and space.
When using CCT lights, safety precautions include: ensuring that they are not exposed to high temperatures (+80C) and that they are properly connected and secured.
CCT lights consume less electricity than conventional lights because they generally require less power to achieve the same brightness.
CCT lights are generally compatible with motion detectors, so they are activated when motion is detected.
Accessories available for CCT lights include dimmer switches, remote controls and motion sensors.
The colour temperature of CCT light affects visibility by providing adjustable colour temperatures that can be adjusted to create the ideal lighting conditions for a specific task or space.
