LedStore Oy - Terms of delivery 2025

1. Introduction
These terms of delivery apply to orders and deliveries made from LedStore Oy's online store to Finland.
2. Placing and paying for an order
Ordering is possible around the clock from our online store. When the product is out of stock, the average delivery time is 6-8 weeks. Orders are usually dispatched on the working day following the order. For custom orders, the average turnaround time is 2-5 working days. If your order is urgent, please contact us by phone.

Payment methods: online banking (Paytrail/Svea Payments), credit card (PayPal), mobile payments (Apple/Google/Samsung Pay), in-store payment by cash or card (Visa, Master).
3. Order processing and delivery
Orders received before 12.00 on a working day will be dispatched on the same day.
Other orders are usually processed the next working day. Delivery time for stock items is1-3 working days(PostNord/Netlux). In urgent cases we use faster delivery methods.
4. Pick-up from the store
Pick-up is free of charge from Mesikukantie 16, 01300 Vantaa.
Pick-up times: Mon-Fri 8. 30-15.30, Tue-Thu 8.30-17.00, Sat 10-14 or by appointment.
5. Delivery costs and methods
Prices are the current delivery prices to Finland. We reserve the right to make changes.

6. Complaints
Please report a damaged product within three days by email to reklamaatiot@ledstore.fi and attach photos of both the packaging and the product.
7. Returns and satisfaction guarantee
E-commerce orders have a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. The product must be returned uninstalled and in its original packaging, as sold. We will check the condition of the product and take into account any loss of value before refunding any money. Returns should always be agreed with Customer Services before dispatch. Custom made products are not returnable.
Please note that we will not refund any original delivery charge on returns. In addition, we will charge a €10 handling fee for the return. Returns to the store are free of charge.
8. Guarantee
The products have a 2-7year warranty. The warrantyis subject to professional installation. LED strips must be fixed to an aluminium profile. For consumer customers, there is an additional one-year on-site warranty. For corporate customers, STUL warranty is available on request.
9. Disputes
In the event of any dispute, the consumer can contact the Competition and Consumer Advisory Service. We will always try to resolve matters amicably as a matter of priority.
