Colour temperature adjustable LED luminaires

LedStore has a wide range of different colour temperature adjustable LED luminaires!

A temperature adjustable LED luminaire is a luminaire that allows you to change the colour temperature of the white light. The adjustment range depends on the luminaire, but the adjustment range is mostly between warm white and cool white light.

Stepped or graduated?

By choosing an RF, Zigbee or DALI2 transformer, you can get stepless colour temperature control for your luminaire. With stepless control, you can adjust the colour temperature of the light in a sliding scale, depending on the luminaire, for example between 2700K and 6000K from a wall controller, remote control, phone or other smart device.

Our range also includes luminaires whose colour temperature can be changed from the luminaire body or from a fixed switch on the transformer during installation. In this case, the colour temperature control is not infinitely variable, but there are usually three or five light colour temperatures to choose from. For example, the FOCUS plant light has a five-position lever on the body of the lamp which allows you to select the colour temperature (2700K-3100K-3700K-4100K-5800K) that is right for your plant.

The changes in colour temperature, clearly visible to the eye, range from a yellowish light to a bluish light. The colour temperature adjustable LED light changes the colour of the light so that the lamp itself always has two LED circuits in parallel; cold and warm. By varying the brightness of these led circuits, the colour temperature of the light changes. In addition to the possibility of changing the colour temperature of the light, the luminaires are dimmable.

Colour temperature adjustable LED strip light

CCT adjustable LED strip lights are a great way to add atmosphere to your home. It allows you to adjust the hue of the light between warm and cool colour temperatures. The strip light is suitable for use in many rooms from the sauna to the kitchen. We have a wide range of aluminium profiles that allow you to install the strip lights exactly the way you want. You can easily create indirect mood lighting with a bi-directional wall profile, or bright working light with a low profile and an efficient strip light for a kitchen partition, for example.

The colour temperature of the LED strips is infinitely adjustable between 2500K and 6500 Kelvin, for example with a Zigbee transformer and a wireless CCT control button.

Colour temperature adjustable LED panels

LedStore's colour temperature adjustable LED panels are of high quality. Our LED panels have a high colour rendering index, are suitable for humid environments and come with a 5-year warranty. Please check the product card for product specific information.

A TRIAC dimmable transformer can be selected to accompany the panel, in which case the luminaire is dimmable, but the colour temperature is selected via a switch on the transformer. For infinitely variable colour temperature control, the luminaire is available with either an RF, Zigbee or DALI transformer. It is also possible to buy the lamp without a transformer if you already have one. The colour temperature is infinitely variable in LED panels from 2900K to 5500K.

Colour temperature adjustable LED spotlights

Like our panels, our spots are of the highest quality. Most of our spots are suitable for humid environments, have high colour rendering and a 5-year guarantee. Please check product specific information.

Our colour temperature adjustable spots have a switch on the side of the power supply as standard, allowing you to select your preferred light colour temperature of 2900K, 4000K or 5500K when installed. The colour temperature of the LED spotlights can be adjusted continuously from 2900K to 5500K by selecting the appropriate transformer and regulator for continuous adjustment.

Other CCT luminaires

Most of our wall luminaires have staggered colour temperature control via a fixed switch on the luminaire body (e.g. LED mirror light 600) or via a transformer at the installation stage (e.g. XL CUBIC).

CCT led luminaire does not have full colour adjustment

CCT, or colour temperature controlled, LED lamps change the colour of the light from yellowish to neutral white and then to bluish. This product should not be confused with RGB adjustable led light, which adjusts the colour gamut over a wider range of colours, i.e. provides strong tones of red, yellow, green and blue.

LedStore's CCT family of adjustable LED lights

Janne Halttu has been developing his own product family since the beginning of the company. Throughout the product development process, his own experience in building houses and installing luminaires has been at the top of the list of requirements. The requirement list for the CCT spotlights with colour temperature control included the following features:

1. High quality - All parts of the luminaire are finished down to the connectors.
2. High light quality - The LED circuitry of the luminaires has a very high colour rendering, CRI98!
3. Versatile - The luminaire's operating voltage was designed for 24V systems with CCT led transformer or CCT controller.
4. Quick to install - The luminaire is equipped with a quick connector for a Basic transformer, a pre-terminated cable or a harness
5. Minimum 600 Lumens - The luminaire has a removable opal which has the function of reducing the glare of the luminaire. By removing the lens, the light output can be increased by 10-15%
6. Up to 55 mm high luminaire - The luminaire must fit into a standard Finnish ceiling structure consisting of 49x49 mm batten + 13 mm plasterboard.
7. Small size transformer - The standard transformer of the luminaire can fit through the mounting hole of the luminaire.
8. TRIAC dimmable - The luminaire transformer is TRIAC dimmable.
9. Chainable - The standard transformer of the luminaire is chainable
10. Long life - The luminaire has a burn time of +50,000 hours
11. Long warranty - The luminaire is guaranteed for 7 years.
12. Modular body - The luminaire's heat sink is a standard size spiral LED module which is interchangeable. We always use the same LED module in as many products as possible to make it environmentally friendly.
13. Sustainability - The components of the luminaires must be able to be bought later.

All of the above are features of CCT spots. For example, we still have in stock LED circuits from products manufactured 10 years ago. This way the customer is assured of a long availability of spare parts. The CCT led luminaire product family was initially launched with 10 luminaires, but since then the family has expanded. The product family now includes 55 products:

• 35 different CCT led spotlights, the development of which started in 2018 and the product family has been launched in 2019
• 10 different CCT led panels, development started in 2019 and the product family has been launched in 2020
• 10 different CCT led strip lights, development started in 2019 and the product family has been released in 2020

LedStore's Innovative CCT led luminaire product family participated in the International Architecture & Design 2023 competition, winning gold, and in the A'Desing Award 2023 competition, winning bronze.
