VaLO Zigbee — LED dimmer, vertical 1-button, wireless, white

VaLO Zigbee series wireless button for dimming one group of luminaires. The white button is battery operated (3V button battery included) and can be mounted in the desired location using the 3M adhesive tape included in the package or by screwing.

Note for Zigbee: By default, only ONE receiver can be paired with the button. If you want multiple buttons on the same receiver (e.g. staircase connection) you need to have a HUB and a mobile app. All devices are paired to the HUB and the app determines which buttons the different lighting devices are connected to. In this case, for example, several receivers can be connected to one button, e.g. three different lighting devices that are to be switched on at the same time. In this case three receivers are needed. Similarly, several push-buttons can be connected to control one group of lights.

A suitable receiver for LED strips is e.g. the VaLO Zigbee LED receiver for 12V-36V LED strips, 8A. Or a Zigbee transformer with a built-in receiver.

LedStore's Zigbee hub and the Azoula Smart application are the clearest interfaces for this button, as the button appears as a device in the application under Switches

Are LedStore's VaLO Zigbee devices compatible with other brands of Zigbee devices?

Yes! In addition to the LedStore VaLO ZIgbee hub, devices compatible with e.g. Philips Hue bridge will work, you can use this button for example:

Apple Home, IKEA TRÅDFRI, Samsung Smart Things, Google Home, Alexa and of course any other Zigbee product.

What the heck is Zigbee?

Zigbee is a wireless RF system using mesh technology, where each device is both a receiver and a transmitter, ensuring that commands get through to larger sites. Zigbee devices can be freely interconnected between different manufacturers. This device supports the latest ZIGBEE 3.0 protocol.
