    With the Tuya Zigbee battery operated curtain robot you can automate your curtains very easily! The curtain robot runs on batteries and can be mounted on an I-rail or U-rail. So you can use this curtain robot with your existing curtain rail.

    A rubber wheel moves the robot along the curtain track, opening the curtain. If you want the curtains to open from the middle to the sides, you will need two curtain robots.

    The robot has a twilight sensor, which you can use to automate the light level if you wish. In addition, you can control the curtain robot from the app, schedule it to work at a certain time or with voice control. You can also connect a button or remote control in the app to control the robot.

    Connect the robot to other Tuya Smart products, such as lighting, to create a complete smart home solution. In the Tuya app, you can create different scenarios (scenes) in which the Tuya devices in the room perform the desired action after receiving a specific command. The command can be given with a button or a voice command, depending on how you want the implementation to work. For example, you can create a scene "good morning" that opens the curtains and turns on the lights you want.

    You can also control Tuya Bridge products via Google Home, Apple Homekit, and Amazon Alexa.

    Installation of the curtain robot

    Install the robot easily without complicated tools. Connect the robot to the Tuya Bridge:

    1. Open the Tuya Smart app and select "Add a new device".
    2. To activate the connection mode, click and hold the robot's reset button.
    3. After pairing, attach the robot to the curtain clips and tighten in place.
    4. Configure the desired functions in the application.

    Curtain control

    Automated curtain and roller blind motors increase comfort and privacy, operating quietly. All run on USB rechargeable battery power, but can be fitted with continuous USB charging if required. The rechargeable battery lasts 6-12 months depending on the amount of use.

    • Motorised curtain track: ready-made curtain track, mountable from 1.2 to 5.2m long, includes a motor at one end of the track.
    • Roller curtain motor: Easily retrofitted by pushing the motor into one end of a 25mm or 38mm roller curtain tube.
    • Curtain robot: mounted on curtain clips and cranked against the curtain rail. The motor rolls along the track, moving the curtain along with it.

    Sensors and controls

    A range of motion, water leakage and fire alarms, as well as radiator controls, bring security and energy efficiency to your smart home.

    Sensors can be used for example:

    • IR transmitter: Controlsany device with an IR remote control, such as a TV, heat pump, etc.
    • Motion sensors: activate lights automatically.
    • Light sensor: turn on the lights when it gets dark
    • Temperature sensor: keep the temperature comfortable.
    • Water leakage: alarms immediately when a leak is detected with sound and messages
    • Fire alarm: Alarms immediately in the event of a fire with sound and messages

    Other electrical appliances

    In-ceiling or in-wall speakers provide high-quality sound for each room. They also work without a smart home system as a Bluetooth speaker integrated in the ceiling or as a standard speaker. The F7 and MAX8 Smart Display also include 2x25W amplifiers for wired speakers. Choice of two different speakers:
