With the Tuya Smart app, you can schedule the curtains to open in the morning and close in the evening. You can also activate the curtain automation with a gentle nudge in the desired direction.
You can also link curtain control to various pre-created scenarios (scenes). For example, create a movie night scenario where the curtains close and everything but the mood light of your choice turns off with a single, convenient command.

Curtain motor
Quiet motor with noise levels below 35dB, making it suitable for use in the bedroom. Suitable for rooms with pictures, the motor is IP41.
The motor has a torque of 1.2Nm and a power of 48W. The motor moves the curtain at 18cm per second. The curtain motor can move a maximum of 46 kg of curtain, even the curtain of a home theatre!
You can choose either a rechargeable or mains-powered curtain motor to suit your needs.
- Therechargeable curtain motor is also ideal for renovation projects. You can connect it to continuous power with a USB cable (5V USB 2A) if you wish. The battery size is 4000mA and a single charge will give you around 6 months of use when the curtain is used twice a day.
- Fitted toa fixed 230V socket, the curtain motor works best in new builds where wiring can have been considered during construction.
Curtain track
The set includes a 1.2m - 5.2m curtain rail, with 1m extension pieces available (optional). The extension pieces allow you to build a longer curtain rail, but do not exceed the maximum length of 10m!
The motor and the bracket are connected by a durable strap with a non-slip serration. The sling runs inside the curtain rail.
The curtain track is made of white painted aluminium alloy and the curtain brackets are smoothly rolling. The curtain moves 18cm per second.

The curtain rail is mounted to the ceiling using the supplied brackets. The flange is adjusted to the appropriate length and the curtain brackets are fitted to the track.
The selected curtain motor is connected to the curtain track. If you have chosen a 230V mains-powered curtain motor, please use an electrician for the installation!
Connecting to Tuya Smart:
- Open the Tuya Smart app and select "Add a new device".
- In the "Tuya Smart" application, select the "Smart" application and select the "Tuya Smart" application. Turn on the motor and put it in pairing mode.
- Test the operation using the app or the remote control.
- Now you can create timers or different commands for the curtains according to your needs.
Curtain opening modes
The motorised curtain rail can be installed to open curtains in three different ways:
- Edge to edge, left to right (single open)
- The curtains can be opened from edge to edge, from right to left (single open)
- From the centre to the sides (double open)

Curtain control

- Motorised curtain track: ready-made curtain track, mountable from 1.2 to 5.2m long, includes a motor at one end of the track.
- Roller curtain motor: Easily retrofitted by pushing the motor into one end of a 25mm or 38mm roller curtain tube.
- Curtain robot: mounted on curtain clips and cranked against the curtain rail. The motor rolls along the track, moving the curtain along with it.
Sensors and controls
A range of motion, water leakage and fire alarms, as well as radiator controls, bring security and energy efficiency to your smart home.
- IR transmitter: Controlsany device with an IR remote control, such as a TV, heat pump, etc.
