14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for Online Purchases
All online store orders come with a 14-day satisfaction guarantee.
The product must be returned, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. We will inspect the condition of the product and take any reduction in value into account before issuing a refund. Please note that custom-made products are non-refundable.
All returns must be arranged with our customer service before sending the item back. We will issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product. If we detect any issues with the item, we will contact you.

Please note that we do not refund the original shipping fee. In addition, a €10 handling fee will be charged for the return. Returns made directly to our store are free of charge.
Failure to collect an order is not considered a return. For uncollected shipments, we charge a €15 handling fee to cover postal and processing costs.
