UPPOAVA panel 600x1200 4000K, 72W led is a multifunctional luminaire for indoor and outdoor use in the home. Suitable for bathrooms, hobby rooms and kitchens. Led technology
It doesn't matter exactly what kind of light a luminaire produces. For the home, it is recommended to choose a light with a colour rendering index of at least over 90 CRI, so that the lighting looks natural to the eye. UPPOAVA -led panels always have a CRI above 95. The light colour can be selected from 3000K (warm white, made to order, delivery approx. 4 weeks) and 4000K (neutral white).
The UPPOAVA -led panel uses an edge diffuser to give a soft, non-pointy light and the matt acrylic diffuses the light evenly. UPPOAVA panel 600x1200, 72W led produces 6000 lumens.

Installation
The luminaire is recessed in the ceiling or surface-mounted. When recessed, the mounting hole should be 583x1183mm. The luminaire itself is 595x1195x22mm and the two power supplies are 195x45x33mm. The power supplies fit inside the surface mount frame. The power supply wires can be extended up to a maximum of five meters.
The luminaire will fit into a typical ceiling structure with only 48x48mm reinforcement and 13mm plasterboard under the vapour barrier. If the vapour barrier is installed loosely, we recommend installing a board or plasterboard above the luminaire to prevent the insulation from sagging. The LED will not reach high temperatures, so no fire protection is required. However, it is not recommended to mount the Led luminaire on any material and an air space of e.g. 1-2 cm can be left.
The luminaire is available with an optional surface mounting frame with a height of 50mm.
Dimming
The UPPOAVA -led panel is supplied with a dimmable power supply (2 in this model) with a quick connector for easy installation of the luminaire and the power supply. UPPOAVA -led panels are dimmable with TRIAC dimmers on the ENSIO side. Suitable dimmers include Schneider's EXXCT and ABB's Jussi. More detailed information, such as maximum load, is given with the dimmers. The UPPOAVA -led panel is suitable for use with home automation systems such as KNX and Talomatti.

WHAT IS CRI, THE COLOUR RENDERING INDEX
High quality LED lights also have a high colour rendering index, or CRI. A good colour rendering index (CRI) for home use is above 90, and nowadays many market lights are unfortunately closer to 80.
CRI tells you how well an LED light displays colours as they should be. For designers and architects, as well as interior designers, it should be one of the most important considerations. Make sure the lighting is perfect so that your artwork is what it is meant to be.
Colour rendering index
The colour rendering index is expressed as a number on a scale from zero to 100, where 0 = no colour rendering and 100 = full colour rendering. The colour rendering index of LED lights is also known as Ra, which is measured on a smaller scale than CRI. This Ra value does not include red tones or skin tones, for example, so it is a 'glossed' figure for the true quality of an LED light.
RA value
The Ra value measures the reproduction of colours using eight different reference colours. CRI takes into account the wider (15) wavelength range, including reds and other warm colours.
The Ra value is calculated by cutting the wavelength range, weighting the blue and violet tones, and calculating the weighted average of R numbers 1-8.
Excluded from the Ra value are, for example, the colour rendering of bright reds, yellows and greens, and shades close to skin tone. These are described by R-values between 9 and 15. The following is a picture of a measurement result that easily confuses the consumer.
