LED SETTI for kitchen plinth - SOLO 7,2W/m DIMINISHABLE

LED strip set for installation in the kitchen plinth or on top of cabinets. This 7,2W/m LED strip is also ideal for use on stairs and handrails, as well as outdoor outdoor railings and eaves. With the wireless dimmer, you can conveniently control lights that only receive electricity from the wall but don't have their own wall switch (perfect for a patio, for example). You can connect multiple buttons or even a remote control to the same transformer.

Contents of the set

The LED strip light kit includes 5 meters of 7.2W/m LED dots-free strip (either 3000K warm or 4000K neutral white light), a suitable power supply (RF or ZigBee selectable), a wireless push button (the button can be placed on the wall or kept detached). The system is dimmable, making it easy to set the mood. This set also includes two surface-mounted aluminium profiles (length 2.5m per profile). The profiles come with mounting brackets, a plastic cover and two ends per profile). You can choose between a straight opening or 45 degree angle profile.

The 7,2/m ribbon provides around 600 lumens per metre, which is a good light output, but for precise work or efficient task lighting you should choose an even more powerful LED ribbon, e.g. 14,4 W/m or 17 W/m. The special tape on the strip ensures good fixation. The strip is silicone-protected with a non-yellowing surface, IP65 waterproof, also suitable for humid areas and outdoor use. Please note that when used outdoors or in damp areas, the joints and transformer must also be protected.

Installation tips

The strip should be fixed to metal, such as an aluminium profile, to allow heat to dissipate away from the LED strip. Proper cooling extends the life of the LED and protects the strip from dust and dirt. Attach to a clean base. Before fixing to the aluminium, check that the LED strip works. However, do not leave the strip burning on the roll, as it will heat up quickly while on the roll and melt the adhesive surface! If necessary, the silicone-protected strip can be wiped clean with a rag and a diluted washing solution if the plastic cover is not fitted.

The transformer has no wires, so for mains connection you can also choose a 5 m mains power cable for your set, which we will attach to the transformer. If you want a shorter wire, please add the desired length in the message field of the order form, or send us an email at myynti@ledstore.fi

When the transformer is powered, the dimmer is paired with the transformer by pressing the transformer learning key once and the button once. Instructions for connecting the VaLO dimmer are included in the package.
