Features of the luminaire

The ECLIPSE 15 cm luminaire is ideal for creating an atmosphere with indirect light reflected through the wall. The luminaire has a light output of 10W, which corresponds to a luminous intensity of 800 lumens. The LED light is energy efficient and long-lasting, reducing electricity consumption and carbon footprint.

The luminaire is also available in matt white and in a larger size (30 cm).

The luminaire comes with a 5-year warranty.

Versatile adjustment options

The luminaire is dimmable and colour temperature adjustable. The light colour 3000K, 4000K or 6000K is selected at the installation stage from the switch if a 24V basic transformer is used.

You can install the luminaire for infinitely variable colour temperature control from 3000K to 6000K (24V) using a Zigbee, DALI2 or RF transformer.

NOTE: The luminaire requires a mA transformer.

Water and dust resistance

IP rating is a standard that defines the level of protection of the luminaire against various environmental conditions. The standard uses two numbers, the first indicating protection against dust (0, not protected - 6, dustproof) and the second against moisture (0, not protected - 8, resistant to continuous immersion in water).

This luminaire has an IP21 rating, which means that we recommend the luminaire for dry indoor environments.

Ready for home automation

By choosing Zigbee, for example, you can connect the luminaires in groups via a group transformer directly to your home automation system. Philips HUE, IKEA, Azoula, Home assistant (e.g. Conbee2) and other Zibgee 3.0 systems are already supported by Zigbee.

Luminaires can also be connected to DALI-2 systems with DALI-2 transformers. Please contact us and we will be happy to help you with your product selection.

Installation

Fix the luminaire to the wall using the supplied fixing accessories, connect the luminaire to the mains and adjust the colour temperature to your preference using the control panel.

We recommend to use this luminaire with a Continuously Variable Temperature (CCT) control from 3000-6000K by connecting all the luminaires to the same transformer in parallel. This allows you to dim and adjust the mood continuously and wirelessly. The product images show a couple of examples of installation. In this case, the wire of the switch box of the luminaire is cut and the 3 wires are stripped out: + (red) and -warm (white), -cold (black).

NOTE: The lamp requires a mA transformer.
