    Note: Due to established naming conventions, the actual power of CCT, RGB+W, and RGB+CCT LED strips is lower than stated.

    This CCT 3.6W/m LED strip actually uses less power because both LED circuits (warm and cool) are not run at full power simultaneously. In the 3.6W/m CCT LED strip, there are 2.16W + 2.16W LED circuits, and the CCT control devices regulate the power between these two circuits. As a result, the actual power draw never exceeds 3W in practice. Therefore, the true power consumption of the LED strip is 3W/m, even though the stated power is 3.6W/m.
