DALI DT8: brightness and color control via the same DALI device/address (Tc / Tunable White). Also features local push-button control.
DALI DT6 or DT8?
This ballast is the DT8 model for CCT/Tunable White use. A single DALI address can control both brightness and the color temperature between warm and cool white. In practice, separate DALI addresses are not required for the CW and WW channels, as they are in a solution with two separate DT6 channels.
DALI support for this product: DALI-2 (newer datasheet); also includes previous DALI registration; DT8; IEC 62386 Part 209 / DT8 Tc.
PUSH / button control: SwitchDim2: two button inputs that can be used to adjust brightness and color temperature separately without DALI. This enables local operation even without a separate DALI command, but a DALI bus is required for DALI system control.
SwitchDim2: The two push-button inputs allow for local adjustment of brightness and color temperature without a DALI controller. In DT8 mode, DALI controls both via a single address.

Important installation notes
Connect only an LED load designed for a constant 24 V DC voltage. Allow a sufficient safety margin in the power rating and verify the polarity before commissioning.
Fixed connections on the 230 V AC side must be made by a qualified electrician. Always check the product’s nameplate and the manufacturer’s installation instructions before making any connections.
