Control and dimming in practice

DALI DT6: one LED output / brightness control; no DT8 color temperature or RGB control. Also includes local push-button control.

DALI DT6 or DT8?

This ballast is the DT6 model. One DALI address controls the brightness of one LED output. The DT6 itself does not provide CCT color temperature or RGB/RGBW color control; these require DT8 color control or multiple separately controllable DT6 channels.
DALI support for this product: DALI-2 certified family; DT6; IEC 62386-101, 102, 207.

PUSH / button control: PUSH DIM / switchDIM for brightness control without a DALI master. This allows for local operation even without a separate DALI command, but a DALI bus is required for DALI system control.

Important installation notes

Connect only an LED load designed for a constant 24 V DC voltage. Leave a sufficient safety margin in the power rating and verify the polarity before commissioning.
