LED ribbon SOLO, 3000K, 12V, IP65. Light output 810 lumens/m and effective power 8.2W/m. COB LED strip is 10mm narrow and has 260 LEDs per meter. The strip has a 23mm cut-off distance.

Installation

If you wish, you can order the connecting cable from our Paja service, even directly soldered to the strip.

We recommend that for long runs (over 10m) the transformer is branched at both ends of the LED strip, to avoid light reduction at one end of the strip. The led strip should always be attached to an aluminium strip so that excess heat is conducted away from the led circuit. This will prolong the life of the led strip. Aluminium profiles can be ordered from our online shop, where we have a wide range of different profiles available. We also offer a range of branching plugs and connecting wires.

Dimming

To dim your LED strip, you can use either a traditional rotary wired dimmer or our VaLO RF series wireless dimmer. When using the rotary conventional dimmer, the transformer of the LED strip must be TRIAC dimmable. The strips can also be controlled by DALI systems. Wireless dimming is perfect for applications where there is no wall switch for the luminaire, but the luminaire is powered by a constant current.

In the case of a smart home, a Zigbee transformer and controllers for wireless control are chosen. In Zigbee transformers, the receiver is already built-in.

With the VaLO RF wireless solution, you simply install the receiver between the LED strip and the power supply. You can then control the strip with wireless switches from wherever you want. The wireless switch is powered by batteries, which are easily replaceable. You can also mount the switch on the wall if you wish, but it does not need a separate power supply.
