  • The MIX series LED module is designed to be used together with other components of the MIX series. The module has a luminous output of approximately 1000 lumens and is also suitable for spaces with slightly higher-than-normal ceiling heights.

The MIX spotlight is adjustable between 0–30 degrees. The beam angle is 40° when combined with standard inner components, and significantly narrower when using a narrowing inner component. The color rendering index is up to CRI 94. The MIX spotlight reproduces the colors of your interior naturally and beautifully. The luminaire is intended for indoor use.

The MIX spotlight is dimmable and features adjustable CCT (correlated color temperature). The MIX luminaire can be connected to various home automation systems or controlled via traditional lighting controls. The MIX module operates on 24V.

    Compatible systems:

    • TRIAC driver
When you choose the TRIAC driver developed for this luminaire, it can be used with traditional rotary dimmers. In this case, the color temperature is selected during installation using a 5-step switch: 2500K / 3000K / 4000K / 5000K / 5700K.

    • Zigbee driver
By selecting a Zigbee driver, the luminaire can be connected to Zigbee-based lighting control systems such as Tuya, Philips HUE, Azoula, etc. Brightness and color temperature can then be adjusted steplessly. Most control systems also offer scheduling options. In most cases, the control buttons are wireless.

    • DALI2 (DT8) driver
By selecting a DALI2 (DT8) driver, the luminaire can be connected to a DALI2 lighting control system. Brightness and color temperature can be adjusted steplessly, and various functions can be programmed in the DALI2 system. DALI control buttons use control voltage, meaning they are not wireless.

    • RF driver
By selecting an RF driver, brightness and color temperature can be adjusted using RF buttons, remote controls, or wireless switches.

    • 24V solar power systems
When connecting to a 24V solar power system, we recommend choosing a 24V receiver that allows adjustment of color temperature and brightness (e.g. a Zigbee receiver + switch).

We provide a 3-year warranty for this product.

NOTE! This product is the module only. The driver, frame, and inner component are ordered separately. You can access the configuration product via the link:

WHAT IS CRI, THE COLOUR RENDERING INDEX

High quality LED lights also have a high colour rendering index, or CRI. A good colour rendering index (CRI) for home use is above 90, and nowadays many market lights are unfortunately closer to 80.

CRI tells you how well an LED light displays colours as they should be. For designers and architects, as well as interior designers, it should be one of the most important considerations. Make sure the lighting is perfect so that your artwork is what it is meant to be.

Colour rendering index

The colour rendering index is expressed as a number on a scale from zero to 100, where 0 = no colour rendering and 100 = full colour rendering. The colour rendering index of LED lights is also known as Ra, which is measured on a smaller scale than CRI. This Ra value does not include red tones or skin tones, for example, so it is a 'glossed' figure for the true quality of an LED light.

RA value

The Ra value measures the reproduction of colours using eight different reference colours. CRI takes into account the wider (15) wavelength range, including reds and other warm colours.

The Ra value is calculated by cutting the wavelength range, weighting the blue and violet tones, and calculating the weighted average of R numbers 1-8.

Excluded from the Ra value are, for example, the colour rendering of bright reds, yellows and greens, and shades close to skin tone. These are described by R-values between 9 and 15. The following is a picture of a measurement result that easily confuses the consumer.

This measurement is from a 9W CCT Led spot
