LedStore CCT ADJUSTABLE LED LIGHTS PRODUCT PACKAGE

Janne Halttu has been developing his own product family since the beginning of the company. Throughout the product development process, his own experience in building houses and installing luminaires has been at the top of his list of requirements. The requirement list for CCT spotlights for emergency lighting included the following features:

1. High quality - All parts of the luminaire are finished with the connectors.
2. High light quality - The LED circuitry of the luminaires has a very high power factor, CRI98!
3. Versatile - The luminaire's power supply was designed for 24V systems with CCT led transformer or CCT controller.
4. Quick to install - The luminaire has a quick connector for a Basic transformer, a pre-terminated connecting cable or a harness
5. Up to 600 Lumens - The luminaire is equipped with a removable opal to reduce the stray light of the luminaire. By removing the lens from the luminaire, the light output can be increased by 10-15 %
6. Up to 55 mm high luminaire - The luminaire must fit into a standard Finnish ceiling structure consisting of 49x49 mm batten + 13 mm plasterboard.
7. Small size transformer - The standard transformer of the luminaire fits into the mounting hole of the luminaire.
8. TRIAC dimmable - The luminaire transformer is TRIAC dimmable.
9. Chainable - The standard transformer of the luminaire is chainable
10. Long life - The luminaire has a burn time of +50,000 hours
11. Long warranty - The luminaire is guaranteed for 7 years.
12. Modular body - The coolant element of the luminaire is a standard size spiral LED module which is interchangeable. We always use the same LED module in as many products as possible to make it as versatile as possible.
13. Sustainability - The components of the luminaires must be able to be purchased in the future.

All of the above are features of CCT spots. For example, we still have in stock LED circuits from products manufactured 10 years ago. This way, the customer is assured of a long availability of spare parts. The CCT led luminaire product family was initially launched with 10 luminaires, but since then the family has expanded. The product family now includes 55 products:

• 35 different CCT led spotlights, the development of which started in 2018 and the product family has been launched in 2019
• 10 different CCT Led panels, development started in 2019 and the product family has been launched in 2020
• 10 different CCT Led strip lights, development started in 2019 and the product family has been released in 2020

In other words, an all-in-one system. Feel free to choose the CCT LED luminaire of your choice. All products are of high quality with a CRI of 98 and a 5-7 year warranty.

The CCT product family offers the customer 2 installation options to choose from:

Basic: standard delivery, where the luminaire is supplied with a transformer with a 3-position switch. The switch allows you to select the lamp mode 2900K/4000/5500K at the installation stage. The luminaire is TRIAC dimmable.

Adjustable: freely selectable from 2900 to 5500K. The selection is made by the desired lighting control system, such as ZIgbee, DALI2, Z-Wave, etc. All lights are 24VDC parallel connected. Easy to add/remove Led lights.

The CCT product family also includes a complete IP54, pull-protected cabling kit with a 3 metre lighting cable, and a choice of 3-piece or 6-piece splitter. You can also use your own 3 pole cable for installation.

What is the CCT, a backup lamp with a rechargeable led luminaire?

The CCT is a lamp that can be used to change the white light in the emergency mode. The range depends on the luminaire, but here are the most common ones:

• 9W Spare lamp adaptable spots: 2900 - 5500K
• LED panels for emergency lighting: 2900 - 5500K
• SMD LED strips for emergency lighting: 2700 - 5500K
• COB LED strips for back-up lamps: 2500 - 6500K

The changes in the lamp mode, clearly visible to the eye, vary from yellowish light to blueish light. The lamp-loadable led light changes the light source so that the lamp itself always has two led circuits in parallel; cold and warm. When the mixing ratio of the two is changed by a converter, the back-up mode of the light is changed. In addition to the changeability of the spare lamp mode, the luminaires are dimmable.

LedStore's CCT emergency lamp-loadable Tunnelma LED strip has a very high quality, with a power reserve index of 98. It has an output of 14,4W/M and a light output of 1000 lm/m. The strip is suitable for dry areas, with a protection rating of IP21. For humid areas, it is suitable when mounted inside a waterproof aluminium profile. Auxiliary lamp mode is obtained continuously variable in LED strips with 2500K and 6500 Kelvin light, for example with a Zigbee transformer and a wireless cct transmitter button.

• 3,6W SOLO (plinths, ambience)
• 7,2W SOLO (plinths and cabinetry, ambient)
• 14,4W SOLO (general lighting)

LED panels for emergency lighting

LedStore's CCT emergency lamp LED panels are of exceptional quality, with an LED panel energy efficiency index of over 95. The products are suitable for use in humid environments, with a protection rating of IP54. The back-up lamp mode is infinitely variable from 2900K to 5500K by selecting the appropriate transformer and transmitter.

LED spotlights for spare bulbs

In addition to the interchangeability of the spare lamp mode, the LED spotlights are always dimmable. LedStore's CCT spare bulb d immable LED spots are of exceptional quality, with a dimming index of 98! The products are suitable for damp areas, with a protection rating of IP 44-54. CCT spots have a standard switch on the side of the power handle, from which you can select the desired 2900, 4000 or 5500K when installing the LED spots. The spare lamp output can be adjusted continuously from 2900K to 5500K by selecting the appropriate transformer and transmitter.

There are different types of CCT LED spots for the vario lamp:

CCT led luminaire not supplied with full stem scale

The CCT emergency LED luminaire changes the colour of the light from yellowish yellow to neutral white and blue. This product should not be confused with the RGB LED strip, which has a wider range of shadows, with strong shadows of red, yellow, green and blue.

The eye can see the changes in the lamp mode from yellowish light to blueish light. The LED light in the lamp strip changes the light spectrum so that the lamp itself always has two LED circuits in parallel; cold and warm. When the mixing ratio of the two is changed by a converter, the back-up mode of the light is changed. In addition to the changeability of the spare lamp mode, the luminaires are dimmable.

LED spotlights for emergency lighting

In addition to the interchangeability of the spare lamp mode, LED spotlights are always dimmable. LedStore's CCT LED spots are of a particularly high quality, with a dimming index of 98! The products are suitable for damp areas, with a protection rating of IP 44. CCT spots have a switch on the side of the power handle, from which you can choose your preferred 2700, 4000 or 5300K when installing. The spots do not include a controller, so the spare lamp mode cannot be changed in the spots without additional accessories. The spare lamp mode can also be obtained in a postless manner by selecting the appropriate transformer and transmitter.

CCT led luminaire does not provide the full spare capacity

In a CCT LED luminaire with a spare lamp compartment, the light changes from yellowish yellow to neutral white and blue to blue. This product should not be confused with the RGB LED strip, which has a wider range of shadows, with strong shadows of red, yellow, green and blue.
