A LED plant light with only blue and red wavelengths is the right choice, as the most important feature of a plant light is that it has a high proportion of blue and red wavelengths. These wavelengths allow the plant to feel like it is in natural light. However, most of the time this type of light is a little unpleasant in the home. Instead of buying blue-red light for indoor plants at home, it's worth investing in high quality, high CRI general luminaires that will make everyone happy. A CRI of up to 95 indicates that the blue and red wavelengths needed by plants are also well reproduced, but are also suitable for lighting the whole home. With poor quality LEDs (CRI <80), for example, red wavelengths may be distributed without being reproduced at all.
LED plant lights have become popular for growing plants over the last few years, partly because they do not heat up as much as energy-saving bulbs, not to mention incandescent bulbs. Good quality LED lamps are also more energy efficient than energy saving lamps or fluorescent tubes.
