LED PILLO PYRE GREEN is suitable for general lighting from private homes to public spaces. LED PIILO PYREREÄ has a luminous intensity equivalent to at least 75W halogen, +1000 Lumen.
The luminaire is also available in a square version.
The luminaire has an adjustable light temperature of 2700-4000-5800K with a switch, so you can choose the right colour for your interior. Even change according to the seasons! If you want to adjust the light wirelessly without a ladder, you need a 36V group transformer, a VaLO controller and a wireless button.
The luminaire and transformer are IP21.
LED PIILO PYRE GREEN is a flush mount luminaire in cast aluminium with the LED circuit directly mounted on the frame. The solution achieves maximum thermal conductivity and safe operating temperature (below 50 degrees Celsius). The low operating temperature and the high quality LED circuit guarantees a long lifetime of 50,000h and we grant a 5 year warranty on the luminaire we manufacture!
The LED module of the luminaire is removable and replaceable.

Installation
The luminaire can also be oriented from 0 to 20 degrees, so you can point it at a blackboard! The mounting collar supplied with the luminaire is glued (and also screwed with small screws) to the ceiling with screed during the normal roof levelling phase, i.e. it is a so-called plaster luminaire. The space required for the luminaire is 110mm in height, with a mounting hole diameter of 73mm.
Each luminaire is supplied with its own power supply, which fits through the mounting hole into the mounting space. By moving the power supply away from the luminaire, we prevent the power supply from heating the luminaire, and we are able to keep the size of the luminaire small. There is a quick connector between the luminaire and the power supply to facilitate installation. The colour temperature of the light is changed by means of a switch on the power supply. The light must be switched off before changing the colour, otherwise the luminaire will be damaged.
Dimming and infinitely variable temperature control
The luminaire can be dimmed with a wireless dimmer or TRIAC dimmers, ENSIO side and they also work with home automation such as KNX. Suitable dimmers can also be ordered from us, "Led dimmers"

- Schneider (ex strömfors) transistor controller 315W/VA (EXXACT)!
- VaLO Triac dimmer with remote control option
If the preset three colour temperatures are not enough and you want to change the temperature steplessly, it can be done. The fixture itself uses 36V voltage and if you want to control the spots freely, you need a 36V transformer, a wireless receiver and a wireless button or app. The luminaires are mounted in parallel.
These control devices are available in VaLO RF or VaLO Zigbee versions.

LED PIILO ROUND frame is mounted when ceiling work is in process. Installation colllar is glued with drywall fillers (and very small screws). When all ceilings are painted, then you just plug light into collar and its installed! This light requires 110mm in height. Installation hole is 73x73mm.
All led spots come with (IP21) driver that fits in from the installation hole. The driver doesn´t tolerate water. By having a separate driver, we have reduced the temperature of the light, making it last longer. There is a quick connector on the cord between the lamp and the driver to make installation easy.
This light has adjustable white colour temperature with 3 steps: 2700-4000-5800K. Always turn power off before changing colour, otherwise you will damage light.

Zigbee CCT transformers

CCT wire harnesses
With our wiring harnesses you can quickly and reliably install CCT spots and CCT panels directly on one transformer. All luminaires are installed in parallel on the same transformer.
The spots come standard with a 15cm connecting cable with a connector, so you can easily create your own set with these wires.
with 3m spacer cables you can put even 2 in a row. All connection points have IP54 tight draught proofing.
In the distribution boxes (3 and 6) it is not mandatory to install a lamp on each connector.
WHAT IS CRI, THE COLOUR RENDERING INDEX
High quality LED lights also have a high colour rendering index, or CRI. A good colour rendering index (CRI) for home use is above 90, and nowadays many market lights are unfortunately closer to 80.
CRI tells you how well an LED light displays colours as they should be. For designers and architects, as well as interior designers, it should be one of the most important considerations. Make sure the lighting is perfect so that your artwork is what it is meant to be.
Colour rendering index
The colour rendering index is expressed as a number on a scale from zero to 100, where 0 = no colour rendering and 100 = full colour rendering. The colour rendering index of LED lights is also known as Ra, which is measured on a smaller scale than CRI. This Ra value does not include red tones or skin tones, for example, so it is a 'glossed' figure for the true quality of an LED light.
RA value
The Ra value measures the reproduction of colours using eight different reference colours. CRI takes into account the wider (15) wavelength range, including reds and other warm colours.
The Ra value is calculated by cutting the wavelength range, weighting the blue and violet tones, and calculating the weighted average of R numbers 1-8.
Excluded from the Ra value are, for example, the colour rendering of bright reds, yellows and greens, and shades close to skin tone. These are described by R-values between 9 and 15. The following is a picture of a measurement result that easily confuses the consumer.

Janne Halttu has been developing his own product family since the beginning of the company. Throughout the product development process, his own experience in building houses and installing lighting has been at the top of the list of requirements. TWO INSTALLATION METHODS
Basic:
Standard, where the luminaire comes with a transformer with a 3-position switch. The switch allows you to select a light temperature of 2900K/4000/5500K at the installation stage. The luminaire is TRIAC dimmable. The Led luminaires can be installed in chains.
Customizable:
Freely selectable from 2900-5500K. Selection is done by the desired lighting control system such as ZIgbee, DALI2, Z-Wave, etc. All lights are 24VDC parallel connected. Easy to add/remove Led lights. That is, the luminaire is purchased "Without its own transformer" and the luminaires are connected in parallel to one group transformer. This way all the luminaires behind the transformer are controlled by one single group and the CCT colour temperature of the luminaires can be freely adjusted and dimmed.
ACCESSORIES FOR THE PRODUCT FAMILY
The CCT product family also includes a complete IP54, pull-protected cabling kit with a 3 metre intermediate cable, and a choice of 3-piece or 6-piece splitter.
You can also use your own 3 pole cable for installation.
WHAT IS A COLOUR TEMPERATURE ADJUSTABLE LUMINAIRE?
A CCT-led light is a luminaire that allows you to change the colour temperature of white light. The range depends on the led luminaire, but can be as low as 2500K - 6500K.
The changes in colour temperature, which are clearly visible to the eye, range from yellowish light to bluish light. A temperature-controlled LED light changes the hue of the light so that the luminaire itself always has two LED circuits in parallel; cold and warm.
When the mixing ratio of the two is changed with a control, the colour temperature of the light changes. In addition to the possibility of changing the colour temperature of the light, the luminaires are dimmable.
Different materials and colours react differently to different light spectrums. It is very important to find the right colour temperature to suit your needs.
