023 CCT Led Lights 4 pcs SET with Control

This award-winning TUNNELMA lighting set is ideal for general home lighting in rooms of around 8 square metres, bathrooms or terrace ceilings (due to its IP54 rating), as well as kitchens or workrooms of around 4-6 square metres.

This fixed downlight creates an elegant lighting environment as the light source blends beautifully into the ceiling. With three frame colour options, you can find the perfect match for your ceiling. A wireless controller allows you to set the right colour temperature and brightness level for your space.

This set includes LED lights with a transformer for wireless control, suitable for CCT lights with a maximum brightness of 0.023 mm. 4 light groups. The products included in the set are:

• 023 Led light in your choice of body colour, 4 pcs
• VaLO Zigbee 50W 24V Led transformer with the colour of your choice
• VaLO Zigbee CCT wireless controller, available in black or white
• 8 pcs. 3 m cables with IP54 plug n play connectors
• 1-6 spot splitter / splitter support, 3-wire, 1 pc

Please note that even if the input power of a single spot is 9W/spot for group control, the power requirement increases by 25%. We have sized the transformer accordingly. The transformer can also be larger than this, there is no disadvantage.

NOTE! The lights and wiring harnesses are IP54 rated, and the light is waterproof even from behind. The transformer of the light set is IP21 and cannot withstand e.g. splash water. TUNNELMA LED downlight kit was awarded in the 2023 Lighting product and fixtures design category.
The Tunnelm product family was developed by Janne Haltu. At the core of his lighting design expertise is his strong experience in building construction and building services engineering.

TUNNELMA CCT spotlights with colour temperature control meet all the following requirements:

1. High-quality components - All LED luminaire components are finished down to the connectors
2. High light quality - The LED chips of the luminaires have a very high colour rendering, full spectrum, CRI98!
3. Smart home ready - The downlight can be used with smart lighting systems with 24 V, such as ZigBee, DALI2, etc.

5. 600 lumens minimum - The luminaire has a removable opal diffuser to reduce glare. By removing the lens, the luminous intensity can be increased by 10-15%.
6. Maximum height of the luminaire is 55 mm - The LED luminaire fits into a standard Finnish ceiling structure consisting of 49 x 49 mm reinforcement + 13 mm plasterboard.
7. Long lifetime - The LED luminaire has a lifetime of more than 50 000 hours and is guaranteed for 7 years.
8. Modular frame - The LED heat sink is a standard size LED module which is interchangeable. We always use the same LED module in as many products as possible to make it environmentally friendly and material efficient.

Colour temperature adjustability

The luminaire has an adjustable light temperature between 2900 and 5300K, so you can choose the right shade of white light for your interior when you install it. So, for example, if the purpose of the room or the colours of the interior changes so that you want to change the colour temperature of the light, you can easily do so with the control. In day-to-day use, changing the colour temperature of the light becomes necessary if you want to add a calm atmosphere to a room, or to give it a more active feel.

Zigbee wireless control

This set uses the ZIGBEE protocol to control lights. Zigbee is a universal protocol widely used by the biggest names in the industry, such as Philips HUE, Ikea Trådfri, Samsung Smart things, Google, Amazon, etc..

With this kit you can control the lights with the included control button, but you can also integrate these lights into a smart home such as a Philips HUE system (requires a system HUB) and control the lights with your mobile devices.

With the wireless controller included in this product set you can:

• Dim the lights perfectly from 0-100%, no flicker
• Freely adjust the color temperature between warm and cool white
• Store two favorite settings

The external dimensions of the button without the bezel are standard 55 mm, so it also fits other manufacturers' bezel, such as SCHNEIDER, ENSTO, GIRA, JUNG, MERTEN.

LED LIGHT with glass diffuser

LED luminaire 023 CCT (white, silver or black) is dimmable and moisture resistant (IP54), also from the rear. We use high quality LEDs with a colour rendering index (CRI) of 98 (full spectrum!) and the colours are reproduced as they should be. The light comes beautifully from a single point and is smoothed out in an etched glass diffuser. This fixture is a popular model, with the light source blending beautifully into the ceiling and opening up evenly into the space. Thanks to its small frame, it fits into a 90mm ceiling panel without breaking it.

PYRERE 023 is suitable for general lighting from private homes to public spaces. In terms of luminous intensity, PYÖREREÄ 023 CCT is equivalent to a minimum 50W halogen, +600 lumens.

The LED PYÖREÄ 023 has a cast aluminium body and module. The solution achieves maximum thermal conductivity and a safe operating temperature (around 50 degrees Celsius). The low operating temperature and the high quality LED circuit guarantee a long lifetime of +50 000h and we grant a 7 year warranty on our manufactured luminaire!

The LED module and transformer of the light are removable and replaceable.

Installation notes

Led Lights

The light has a solid body and is very low, only 50mm high! The light will therefore fit into a typical roof structure with only 48x48mm of insulation and 13mm plasterboard under the vapour barrier. We recommend installing a sheet or piece of plasterboard above the luminaire to prevent the insulation from sagging. The diameter of the mounting hole can be 66-70mm. The outer diameter of the spot is 78mm.

Each luminaire has a three-pole IP54 male connector ready for use with our wiring accessories.

Transformer

The Led transformer fits through the mounting hole into the mounting space, but as the transformer is 21cm long, you will need a 15cm mounting height to avoid the need for a separate mounting hole. By moving the power supply away from the light, we prevent the power supply from heating up and can keep the size of the light small. Our power supplies are long lasting and come with a 5 year warranty. Both ends have a screw connector for wiring for easy installation.

Mounting wires

The low current cables for the colour temperature controlled LED luminaires are 3 metres long and the splitter is 30cm long. You can start with the output cable (50cm), and connect the spot connection cables with quick connectors to the splitter supplied with the set.
