The LED plafond 380 dimmable and moisture-proof (IP54) provides bright lighting and with its sleek appearance is suitable for general lighting throughout your home. Technology

The LED plafond 380 20W has 1600 lumens, equivalent to about 125W halogen. The LED circuits are mounted directly on the frame. This solution achieves maximum thermal conductivity and a safe operating temperature (below 50 degrees Celsius). The low operating temperature ensures a long lifetime of 50,000h.

The colour rendering index (CRI) is over 90 and the thermal conductivity is excellent. High quality components ensure that the light colour does not fade.

PLAFOND 380 will not be affected by frost, rain or snowstorms if it is installed on the roof of a carport or terrace. The PLAFOND 380 LED is widely used as a replacement for spotlights in general lighting both outdoors and indoors. The light provided by the light is more uniform than a spotlight and is ideal for general lighting. In addition, the matt surface gives a pleasant light.

The light colour can be selected from either 3000K (warm white) or 4000K (neutral white).

Installation

The light is surface mounted and easily covers a hole in a standard light fixture. The light can be attached directly to most light boxes without the need to drill additional holes in the ceiling (the box itself is usually sufficient). The body of the light is aluminium and powder coated matt white with a matt acrylic diffuser.

The light is dimmable and the power supply is in the body. The installation of the light is easy; you simply attach the frame to the ceiling first, then connect the 240V wires (electrical work) and finally the light is rolled up to the frame.

Thanks to the low operating temperature, the light can be installed against wood or plaster.

Dimming

Dimming is done with TRIAC dimmers from the PRIMARY side. Suitable dimmers include the Schneider EXXCT and ABB Jussi series dimmers that we sell. PLAFOND 380, 20W lamps can be connected to the same dimmer in the ABB Jussi series (70W) 3 pieces and to Schneider (300W) dimmers 14 pieces.

The LED lights are compatible with home automation (e.g. KNX and Talomatti) and work seamlessly as part of a smart home.
