SQ033 CCT Led lights 8 pcs SET with control

This award winning light set is perfect for indoor lighting, for example 16-20 sqm livingroom or bedroom and around 8-12 sqm kitchens and utilityrooms. This light source is adjustable by it´s lighting angle, so that it gives you beautiful, bright light. With this set you can adjust the light tone (CCT) and brightness freely. With three frame colour choices, you can find perfect match to your ceilings.

SQ033 CCT led lights 8 pcs SET with control

This set includes led lights with led driver with built-in controller suitable for CCT lights for max. 8 for a group of lights. Included items are:

• SQ033 Led Light with chosen colour
• VaLO Zigbee 100W 24V Led driver
• VaLO Zigbee CCT wireless controller Black or White
• 8 pcs of 3 meter wires with IP54 plug n play connectors
• 1 pcs of one to six wire splitter
• 2 pcs of one to three wire splitter

Please note that for group control, the power requirement is increased by 25%, so for example 6x9W CCT spots will need a minimum of 68W driver. The driver can always be much larger.

TUNNELMA LED down light series won 2023 Lighting producst and fixtures design category award.
Janne Halttu developed his own product family. At the core of his lighting design expertise is his strong experience in house construction and building technology.

All the following requirements are met in the TUNNELMA CCT spotlights with color temperature control:

1. High quality parts - All parts of the LED lights are finished down to the connectors
2. High light quality - The LED circuitry of the lights has a very high color rendering, full spectrum, CRI98!
3. Smart home ready – Down light can be used with smart lighting systems with 24 V, such as ZigBee, DALI2, etc.
4. Quick to install - The light has a quick connector for a basic driver, a pre-terminated connecting cable, or a harness.
5. 600 lumens minimum - The light has a removable opal diffuser, which has the function of reducing the glare of the light. By removing the lens, the light output can be increased by 10–15 %.
6. Maximum 55 mm high luminaire – LED light must fit into a standard Finnish ceiling structure consisting of 49 x 49 mm wood + 13 mm plasterboard.
7. Long life – LED light has a usage of +50,000 hours and is guaranteed for 7 years.
8. Modular body – LED lights heat sink is a standard size LED module which is interchangeable. We always use the same LED module in as many products as possible to make it environmentally friendly and material efficient.
9. Sustainability – It must be possible to maintain the luminaire to buy the down light components later.

Colour temperature adjustability

The light has an adjustable light temperature between 2900-5300K, so you can choose the ehite light colour to suit your interior when installing. So for example if the purpose of the room or the colours change so that you want to change the colour temperature of the light.

Zigbee wireless control

This set uses ZIGBEE protocol to control lights. Zigbee is universal protocol that is widely used with biggest names in industry, such as Philips HUE, Ikea Trådfri, Samsung Smartthings, Google, Amazon, ETC..

With this set you can control lights with included controller button,  but you can also integrate these lights into smarthome, such as Philips HUE system (requires system HUB) with your mobile devices.

With included wireless controller you can:

• Dim lights perfectly 0-100%, no flicker
• Adjust colour temperature freely
• Save two favourite settings

Button uses standard 55mm frame size, so it fits into frames such as SCHNEIDER, ENSTO, GIRA, JUNG, MERTEN...

SQUARE LED LIGHT with adjustable light source

LED LIGHT SQ033 CCT (White, Brushed or Black)) is dimmable and moisture-proof (IP44), also from behind. As LED circuit, we use high quality LED circuits with a colour rendering index (CRI) of 98 (full spectrum!) and the colours are reproduced as they should be. In the light comes beautifully from a single point. This light is a popular 'hotel' model, where the light comes from a beautifully recessed recess, so from the side the light is glare-free.

The SQUARE 033 is suitable for general lighting from private homes to public spaces. In terms of luminous intensity, SQUARE 033 CCT is equivalent to at least 50W halogen, +600 lumens. The light has an extra lens for light equalisation, which when removed, gives 750 lumens.

LED SQUARE 033 is a recessed mount light in cast aluminium with the LED circuitry mounted directly on the body. The solution achieves maximum thermal conductivity and safe operating temperature (approx. 50 degrees Celsius). The low operating temperature and the high quality LED circuit guarantees a long lifetime of +50,000h and we grant a 7 year warranty on our manufactured light!

The LED module of the light is removable and replaceable.

Installation

Led Light

The light has a solid body and is very low, only 50mm high! The light will therefore fit into a typical roof structure with only 48x48mm of insulation and 13mm plasterboard under the vapour barrier. We recommend installing a piece of board or plasterboard above the light to prevent the insulation from sagging. Mounting hole diameter 76-80mm.

Each light is supplied with IP54 Male connector which is ready to use with our Wiring accessories.

Driver

Led driver fits through the mounting hole into the mounting space BUT because driver is 25cm long, you would need 15cm installation height to avoid using separate installation hatch. By moving the power supply away from the light, we prevent the power supply from heating up the light, and we can keep the size of the light small. The power supplies are long-lived and comes with 5 years quarantee. There is a screw connector at both ends for wiring for easy installation. 

Wires

Included wires are 3 meter long and splitters are 30cm long. You can move splitters between any wires. You can add 6+3 splitters right at the led driver and then connect all 3 meter wires to lights OR you can use first 3 meter wire from driver to light and then use 3 splitter and 3 meter wires and then again 6 splitter, etc. You dont have to connect all wires witn splitters.
