LED PANEL 300x1200 RECESSED is a dimmable, moisture-resistant (IP44) LED Light for demanding tastes. The Light is available in both 36W and 72W versions, both with a color rendering index of CRI 95! The panel blends perfectly into the ceiling and creates the effect of a skylight in the room's lighting. The Light can also be surface-mounted with a surface-mounting frame.

LED panel 300x1200 UPPOAVA is a multifunctional light for indoor and outdoor use. The LED panel is suitable for bathrooms, terraces and kitchens. The panel blends perfectly into the ceiling and creates the effect of a skylight in the room lighting. The light is dimmable and moisture-proof and also comes with a 5-year warranty.
About Led technology
It doesn't matter what kind of light a light produces. For the home, it is recommended to choose a light with a colour rendering index of at least 90 CRI or higher, so that the lighting looks natural to the eye. In the newer versions of UPPOAVA -led panels, the CRI always exceeds 95. This means that the light produced by the light will not unnecessarily distort shades, and your chosen interior will look as it should. There is a choice of 3000K (warm white) and 4000K (neutral white) light colours. 4000K white light is pure and natural in colour, making it ideal for a light window or a skylight.
Our range of Led panels is also available as colour temperature adjustable, allowing the Kelvin or white light tone to be selected between approximately 2500K and 6500K.
The UPPOAVA -led panel uses an edge cover, so that the light comes in softly without spottiness and the matt acrylic diffuses the light evenly. UPPOAVA panel 1200, 36W led is equivalent in luminous intensity to 250W halogen (3000 lumens) and 72W led is equivalent to about two 250W halogens (6000 lumens).

Installation
The light is recessed in the ceiling or surface-mounted. When recessed, the mounting hole should be 280x1180mm. The light itself is 295x1195x22mm and the separate power supply is 195x45x33mm. The power supply fits inside the surface mount frame. The power supply wires can be extended up to a maximum of five metres.
The light will fit into a typical ceiling structure with only 48x48mm reinforcement and 13mm plasterboard under the vapour barrier. If the vapour barrier is installed loosely, we recommend installing a board or plasterboard above the light to prevent the insulation from sagging. The LED will not reach high temperatures, so no fire protection is required. However, it is not recommended to mount the LED light on any material and an air space of e.g. 1-2 cm can be left.
The light is available as an accessory with a 50mm high surface mounting frame, which can accommodate the light's power supply.
Dimming
The UPPOAVA -led panel is supplied with a dimmable power supply with a quick connector for easy installation of the light and the power supply. UPPOAVA -led panels are dimmable with TRIAC dimmers from the PRIMARY side. Suitable dimmers include Schneider's EXXCT and ABB's Jussi. More detailed information, such as maximum load, is given with the dimmers. The UPPOAVA -led panel is suitable for use with home automation systems such as KNX and Talomatti.

Basic UPPOAVA LED PANEL 1200 is a recessed light. Installation hole should be 295x1195mm. Driver size is 195x45x33mm and it can be plaCEd maximum of 5m from the light. The driver comes with every PANEL light. LED PANEL is 13mm thick, so it fits to most of the ceiling structures (basic plaster board is similar in thickness). We recommend that you install a plaster board on top of the PANEL if the steam lock has been installed loosely. The LED PANEL needs 10-20mm air space on top of the light.You don't need any protection cups etc. when using led lights as the temperature of the light never exeeds 80 CElsius.
If you need surface mounted light, you just order a frame with this light. The driver fits inside the frame. It's also possible to order the light as a suspended model with cable length of approx. 1,5m.
The reason we have desided to have the driver separatre from the body is that this way the driver does not add up to the lights heath load and this makes the light last longer. The driver is included and has a quick connector for easy installation.
UPPOAVA LED PANEL 1200 can be used with house automatics (ie. KNX and Talomatti).
Surface mounting frame is available for this product. Frame is 50mm in height and fits the driver inside.
