Motion PIR sensor switch with light level sensor, black, wall or ceiling installation, IP44

This motion detector (PIR) can be used to switch on lights outdoors and indoors (IP44). Works best outdoors, but also in areas where people are mostly just passing by, such as cloakrooms, porches, storage rooms, technical rooms, etc. Wall mounting is preferred, but ceiling mounting is also possible. The PIR sensor switches the lights on when it detects movement in the beam area and switches the lights off after a certain time after the last detected movement. The on-time is adjustable between 10 seconds and 7 minutes. The detector is black and is suitable for installation on dark surfaces.

Motion detection is done by infrared, which works in such a way that when the sensor detects an abnormal temperature (heat) in the area of the wand's beam, it turns on the lights. We do not recommend installation near an air conditioner, air source heat pump or radiator, as heat variation against other backgrounds will cause the lights to turn on.

The motion sensor also includes a twilight sensor, which makes this a good choice for outdoor pathway lights and night lighting, turning on the lights from motion only when the twilight level is at a certain level. So, for example, certain outdoor lights will come on when motion is detected, but only at dusk. The light level can be adjusted from a near dark level of 3 lx to a full bright level of 2000 lx.
