An aluminum edge profile for LED strip lights that can be embedded in a wall or ceiling, including a diffuser and end caps.
Can be installed on a wall, floor, or ceiling. The profile has an inner dimension of 18x19 mm, allowing for two 8 mm LED strips to be installed side by side or facing each other. With the edge flaps, the profile measures 45x35 mm. See the dimensional drawing for more information.
The profile has plenty of material, providing ample cooling surface area for LED strips with a power output of up to 22W/m when brighter light is needed. When using 7.2W/m LED strips, the lighting is suitable for creating a cozy atmosphere as an evening or night light. It is also suitable for outdoor use, as the profile's plastic cover makes it splash-proof!
Can be installed on a ceiling or wall to create indirect lighting in a room.

Installation methods:
- Screw the profile to the wall at the ceiling line and use the edge flap as a shelf for future ceiling panels/boards. The profile's edge will hide the cut marks on the ceiling material.
- Prepare the ceiling and leave a 45mm deep, 25mm wide groove in the edge where the profile will be installed by screwing it through the bottom. It is recommended to countersink the screws.
- Cut a 25x25mm piece from the corner of a staircase/angle and install the profile in the outer corner.

Installation methods:
- Screwed into the wall at the roofline and use the wing as a shelf for ceiling tiles/boards. To hide the cut marks of the roofing material.
- Finish the roof and leave a 45mm deep, 25mm wide groove in the edge where the profile is installed by screwing it through the bottom. Countersinking of the screws is recommended.
- For stairs/corners, etc, cut a 25x25mm piece off the corner and fit the profile to the outside corner
From the profile you can conveniently build a light of exactly the length you want. Please mention in your order if you need more than one end piece. Profiles are 2500mm long. We can also build complete units of the desired size according to your wishes. Ask for a quote!
LED strip AND POWER SUPPLY ORDERED SEPARATELY. We recommend to use a 17W/m or 14,4W/m LED strip with the profile to create a bright and even light. The strips are sold in 5 m rolls and can be cut to the desired length in 2.5 cm or 5 cm increments. Led strip power supply also available.

Kattoon/seinään asennus. Katon ja seinän taitteeseen luomaan epäsuoraa valoa tilaan.
Asennustapoja:
- Ruuvataan seinään katon rajaan kiinni ja käytetään siipeä hyllynä tuleville kattolevyille/laudoille. Piilotetaan siis katon materiaalin leikkausjäljet.
- tehdään katto valmiiksi ja jätetään 45mm syvä, 25mm leveä ura reunaan johon profiili asennetaan ruuvaamalla se pohjasta läpi. Suositellaan ruuvien senkkausta.
- Portaaseen / kulmaan, jne leikataan 25x25mm pala nurkasta pois ja asennetaan profiili ulkokulmaan
