Led strip with all the spices

Led strip with CAMELEONT and TUNNAMENT in one! We use RGB+CCT (2500-6000K) led circuits with a white colour rendering index of 98! This led strip is efficient, dimmable and a real all-ROUNDr. Our LED strip is easy to attach with the 3M very strong adhesive tape. Other accessories such as driver, regulator, aluminium profile are ordered separately. This led strip can also be used as RGBW strip with either 2500K, 4500K or 6000K white light.

Led strip for stylish playful lighting

Led strip with RGB+CCT, has a light output of 20W (10W RGB + 10W CCT) /m and has 50+50 led circuits per metre. Our RGB+CCT devices only use RGB or CCT shade separately, so the power requirement is 10W/m, but if you have a dedicated controller that allows you to use CCT and RGB AT THE SAME TIME, the power requirement is 20W/m. That 10W power will make the light sufficient for mood lighting. The RGB led strip is used in spaces where you want to create a changing mood by changing the colours of the light, but because the strip also has a very high quality CCT led circuit, you can light the space well and see the colours as they are intended. Why? Because the strip has a colour rendering performance of CRI 98!, which is ideal for use in home lighting or any demanding application.

The LED's pinpoint accuracy can be seen when viewed directly from the front, for example when mounted on a 16x18mm white aluminium profile. In the kitchen, for example, when mounted on top of cabinets, the room will have uniform (no pinpoint) lighting and a changing atmosphere. In living rooms / cinema rooms, an RGB+CCT LED strip can be used to create a stylish atmosphere, for example in a chute in a drop-down sash or on a shelf in a sash. Lighting shelves and levels with RGB+CCT-led strip from different directions also creates an interesting, changing look throughout the room. In children's rooms and bedrooms, RGB-led is also a great choice when you want joy and vibrancy, or alternatively, calm and relaxing lighting with white light. RGB LED strip is also used in bathrooms and wet rooms when installed on our splash-proof profiles, which come in a range of different types.

Led strip cutting

The LED strip comes in 5m rolls and can be cut to size and soldered every 12.5cm. We also sell the strip in lengths of your choice (note the cutting spacing!). The tape is clearly marked for easy cutting. There is a 10 cm splicing cable at each end of the reel (six-conductor, R, G, B, WW, CW, +). We recommend soldering the connecting wires together. A carefully done LED strip installation will last for years. The RGB+CCT-led strip has a calculated lifetime of +35 000 hours.

Led strip control

The RGB+CCT led strip can be operated with the VaLO-Zigbee series wireless controller and control unit, which is connected between the strip and a separately purchased power supply. The controller can of course also be controlled by other Zigbee devices (Philips HUE, Conbee2 USB stick, etc..). Of course you can also buy separate RGB and CCT drivers if needed...

We recommend powering from both ends if the strip is installed over 10 meters in a single run. This prevents light loss and provides equally bright light from both ends. The LED strip should always be attached to an aluminium strip so that excess heat is conducted away from the LED circuit. This will prolong the life of the strip and keep the warranty valid.

The Led strip works well with 24V systems such as solar power, boats and cars. In that case, a separate power supply is not needed, but a control unit is of course required.

Dimming

To dim the LED strip you can use the wireless dimmer of our VaLO RF-series. The strips can also be controlled by DALI systems. Wireless dimming is perfect for applications where there is no wall switch for the light, but the light is powered by a constant current.

In the case of a smart home, a Zigbee driver and controllers for wireless control are chosen. In Zigbee drivers, the receiver is already built-in.

With the VaLO RF wireless solution, you simply install the receiver between the LED strip and the power supply. You can then control the strip with wireless switches from wherever you want. The wireless switch is powered by batteries, which are easily replaceable. You can also mount the switch on the wall if you wish, but it does not need a separate power supply.

Create your own lighting design

Why use led strip only for traditional applications when you can make a light fixture out of almost anything? Create your own wall light by bending the LED strip and the aluminium profile into the shape you want, or by attaching the LED strip to another material that conducts heat well. Turn a mirror, table frame, trunk, table or chair into a lamp with the LED strip. A good design is half the job. Led tape with dots or without dots?

SOLO led tape differs from Traditional led tape because of the super thin led structure. The advantage is no dots and a shorter cut-off interval, the disadvantage is a slightly lower light output per watt and less space for soldering. All led strips can be found here
