LED downlight —SLIM SPOT, CCT 2300-3000K-4000-5200K-6500K, SUPER SLIM 12W, high CRI 92-95

LED SLIM SPOT is an efficient and low-profile light for spaces where the downlight cannot be made low. It can be installed to a depth of 34mm (13mm plasterboard + 22m board).

The light is CCT adjustable. We use high quality LED circuits in our lights. The light has an opening angle of 20В°, which allows the light to have minimal side glare. The light can also be oriented 30В°, but it depends on the installation space how much it can actually be oriented. The colour rendering index (CRI) is 92-95, depending on the colour temperature of the light. With a good colour rendering index, the colours in your interior will be reproduced as they should be. The light is IP44 rated, making it ideal for lighting bathrooms and other damp areas. The light is made of aluminium so that it doesn't get too hot and lasts for a long time.

CRI according to the colour temperature of the light:

• 2300K in shade CRI 95
• 3000K in shade CRI 93
• 4000K in shade CRI 92
• 5200K (5000K) in shade CRI 93
• 6500K in shade CRI 93

The light has an adjustable light colour temperature, which is selected from a lever at the installation stage: 2300K-3000K-4000K-5200K-6500K. If desired, the light can be switched to infinitely variable colour temperature control by changing the basic driver to a CCT group driver. In this case, the light can be controlled either by wired or wireless buttons or an app (e.g. Philips HUE). So, for example, either ZigBee controlledor RF controlled.

The light is well suited for general lighting, but also for mood lighting when installed with infinitely variable CCT control. In this case, the light can also be dimmed. LED SLIP SPOT 12W has a light output of 1200 lumens.

Installation examples:

• Rooms with a very low drop (e.g. basements)
• rooms where good and efficient light is required
• rooms where stepless colour temperature control is desired, such as living rooms
• rooms where there is a need for low side glare (e.g. bedrooms)

LED SLIM SPOT is a recessed light in cast aluminium. The LED circuits are fixed directly to the frame, which provides excellent thermal conductivity and prevents the light from overheating (below 50В°C). The low operating temperature and the high quality LED circuits ensure that the spot has a long lifetime. We offer a 5-year warranty.

Installation

LED SLIM SPOT requires a recess depth of 34mm. The spot comes with a driver (IP21) that can be lowered from the spot opening. The driver is not moisture-proof. When the driver is separated from the spot, the thermal load on the light is reduced and the light lasts longer. In addition to the driver, the product has a switch to select the colour temperature of the light.

Dimming

The LED SLIM SPOT is dimmable only if the basic driver is removed and replaced by, for example, a CCT group driver. In this case, both the colour temperature of the light and the brightness level can be adjusted continuously.

Stepless CCT adjustment

If you want to adjust the colour temperature of the light steplessly from 2300K to 6500K, you need to replace the spot's basic driver CCT with an adjustable group driver (24V). In this case, the light can be adjusted with wired or wireless buttons and directly from the app (VaLO Wifi, Philips HUE etc...).
