LED downlight — ROUND, IP44, CCT 2900-4000-5500K adjustable & dimmable 9W, BLACK, high CRI98

The LED LIGHT ROUND 033 (black) is dimmable and moisture-proof (IP44). The LED circuitry used is high quality Citizen LED circuits with a colour rendering index (CRI) of 98 (full spectrum!) and the colours are reproduced as they should be. The light in the light comes beautifully from a single point. The lamp is also available in silver and white.

LED ROUND 033 is suitable for general lighting applications from private homes to public spaces. The LED ROUND 033 has a luminous intensity equivalent to at least 50W halogen, +600 Lumen. The light is equipped with an additional lens for light equalisation, which, when removed, increases the light output to 750 Lumen. Thanks to its directionality, the light can also be used on sloping ceilings.

A 15W version is also available for offices and high spaces.

The light has an adjustable light temperature of 2900-4000-5500K with a switch, so you can choose the right colour for your interior. Even change according to the seasons!

If you want to adjust the colour temperature of the light at any time without a ladder, you will need CCT controllers (e.g. for a max 100W group):

• VaLO RF: VaLO RF 100W driver and VaLO RF CCT wireless push-button.
• VaLO Zigbee: VaLO Zigbee 100W driver and VaLO Zigbee CCT wireless button.
• Wireless control: 100W 24V driver and embeddable pushbutton in the box.

Please note that for group control, the Valasim's own driver will be omitted and replaced by a larger group driver. As the power requirement decreases, the driver will be increased by 25%, i.e. 6x9W CCT spots will need a minimum of 68W driver. The driver can always be much larger.

The light is IP44, i.e. the light is splashproof. If you want to be sure that the light will last the promised 50,000 hours, then due to its directionality we do not recommend for bathroom ceilings connected to saunas, where water vapour can enter the mounting space between the light frame. The driver of the light is not damp-proof, but will withstand outdoor use in eaves.

ROUND 033 is a recessed light in cast aluminium, with the LED circuit directly fixed to the frame. The solution achieves maximum thermal conductivity and safe operating temperature (below 50 degrees Celsius). The low operating temperature and the high quality LED circuit guarantees a long lifetime of 50,000h and we grant a 7 year warranty on our manufactured light!

The led module of the light is removable and replaceable.

Installation

The light is directional, 0-28 degrees. The light is very low, only 50-60mm high! The light will therefore fit into a typical roof structure with only 48x48mm of collimation and 13mm plasterboard under the vapour barrier. We recommend installing a piece of board or plasterboard above the light to prevent the insulation from sagging. The diameter of the mounting hole is 76-80mm.

Each light is supplied with its own chained power supply which fits through the mounting hole into the mounting space. By moving the power supply away from the light, we prevent the power supply from heating up the light, and we can keep the size of the light small. The power supplies are long-lived and this also allows us to avoid the typical problem with halogen lamps, where one power supply is subjected to a heavy load and gets hot, and breaks the light. There is a quick connector between the light and the power supply to facilitate installation.

Dimming

The light can be dimmed with a wireless dimmer or TRIAC dimmers, from the PRIMARY side, and they also work with home automation such as KNX. Suitable dimmers can also be ordered from us, "Led dimmers"
