LED downlight —KOLO ROUND, CCT 2700-4000-5800K,dimmable, Pull-out 12W, high CRI

LED KOLO is a dimmable and ceiling or even wall recessed light! The light can be kept inside or pulled out and folded up to 90 degrees! In other words, a LED light for a steep ceiling with any angle of inclination.

Installation examples:

• Straight ceiling - Keep the light in all the way and draw a 40 degree angle of light
• Sloping ceiling - Take it out just enough to get the angle right with the ceiling, so no more eye-catching spots where the angle of refraction is not enough!
• On the wall - Yes! This can even be recessed into the wall for a night light

For the LED circuitry we use high quality LED circuits with a CRI of 95 (full spectrum!) and the colours reproduce as they should. The light comes beautifully from a single point and the inner ring of the light is black to deepen the effect of the invisible downlight.

The LED KOLO is suitable for general lighting applications from private homes to public spaces. LED KOLO has a luminous intensity equivalent to at least 75W halogen, +1000 Lumen.

The light has an adjustable light temperature of 2700-4000-5800K with a switch, so you can choose the right colour for your interior. Even change according to the seasons! If you want to adjust the light wirelessly without a ladder, you'll need a 36V group driver, a VaLO controller and a wireless button.

The light is IP44 and the driver is IP21.

LED KOLO is a retractable flush mount light in cast aluminium, with the LED circuitry mounted directly on the frame. The solution achieves maximum thermal conductivity and safe operating temperature (below 50 degrees Celsius). The low operating temperature and the high quality LED circuit guarantees a long lifetime of 50,000h and we grant a 5 year warranty on the light we manufacture!

The LED module of the light is removable and replaceable.

Installation

The fixture can be oriented from 0-90 degrees and when pulled out the whole length is 80mm, so you can point it even at a blackboard! The space required for the light is 100mm in height. The diameter of the mounting hole is 90mm.Strong springs keep it in the 3cm thick material at all times. NOTE! You can shorten the mounting tube so that the recess height is 55mm, but then you can no longer push the light into the ceiling.

Each light is supplied with its own power supply, which fits through the mounting hole into the mounting space. By moving the power supply away from the light, we prevent the power supply from heating up the light, and we can keep the size of the light small. There is a quick connector between the light and the power supply to facilitate installation. The colour temperature of the light is changed by means of a switch on the power supply. The light must be switched off before changing the colour, otherwise the light will be damaged.

Dimming and infinitely variable temperature control

The light can be dimmed with a wireless dimmer or TRIAC dimmers, PRIMARY side and they also work with home automation such as KNX. Suitable dimmers can also be ordered from us, "Led dimmers"

They work well for example:

• ABB (former Ensto) Jussi 6523U
• Schneider (ex strГ¶mfors) transistor controller 315W/VA(EXXACT)!
• VaLO Triac dimmer with remote control option

If the preset three colour temperatures are not enough and you want to change the temperature steplessly, it can be done. The fixture itself uses 36V voltage and if you want to control the spots freely, you need a 36V driver, a wireless receiver and a wireless button or app. The lights are mounted in parallel.

These control devices are available in VaLO RF or VaLO Zigbee versions.
